RUM CAKES

Double wrap the cake loosely with plastic wrap.
Store in refrigerator or at a cool room temperature for up to 2 weeks. |
Tightly double wrap each rum cake with freezer burn-resistant plastic wrap or in freezer-recommended storage bags. Store for up to 2 months. |

Unwrap mini rums and serve immediately.
If frozen, remove mini rum cakes from freezer.
Allow each mini rum cake to thaw in refrigerator in plastic wrap.
Allow mini rum cakes to come to room temperature 15-30 minutes before serving. |

What size cakes do you offer?
Rum Cake Fairy cakes come in two sizes: large and individual-sized mini rums (sold 6 to a package). Large cakes are 9 ½ inches, serving 16-18 slices. Mini rums are 3 ½ inch individual-sized cakes, same size as a muffin or cupcake.
* Serving sizes may differ depending upon the size of each individual cake slice. Serving sizes are based on average-sized slices. Our large cake size is great for a small family. We think 12 slices makes the perfect size. Our Rum Cake minis are intended to be individual servings.
Can Rum Cake Fairy cakes be stored in the freezer?
Yes. You can easily keep a large Rum Cake Fairy cake for up to 2 months in the freezer. Please refer to Cake Storage and Serving suggestions. Mini rum cakes are best stored for no more than 2 days.
Do any of your products contain nuts?
Our products are nut-free with the exception of the Rum Cake Fairy nut swirl cakes.
